Building Up Positive Mindset, Personal Qualities, Communicative Skills and Selling Techniques for Effective Salespersonship

A 6-hour course conducted by Professor Dr. Tan Man-Ho based on the ideas and techniques developed from research materials regarding the process of the psychology of selling.  This program is specially developed based on psychological principles from ancient esoteric and modern sources and is designed to serve the purpose of corporate training in the psychology of selling.

The seminar/workshop is developed as part of the serial training program for Odyssey Training.

Objectives:

  • To assist the marketing staffs in finding ways to enhanced individuals, groups and organization performance through restructuring their thinking, feeling and psychomotor mindset, making them positive and suitable for creating the right selling atmosphere.

  • To provide guidelines in building the right mindset which will reduce buyers resistance, suspicion and rejection, and enhance individual performance

  • To help the salesperson understand themselves and the customers better

  • To help corporation achieve marketing goals

Seminar Information

Trainer: Professor Dr. Tan Man Ho

Duration: 6 hours & can be spread over 2 days through agreed arrangement

Fees: MYR2,000 (Minimum of 4 persons + MYR500 per person)

Accommodation, Meals & Tour: Not included in the fees

Venue: Preferred venue is in Tioman or upon other agreed venue

Date & Time: Flexible

Certification: A Certificate of Attendance would be issued from ManHo T& D Center, ManHo Management Consultancy and signed by Professor Dr. Tan Man-Ho for the successful completion of the seminar.

Exemptions and Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL) : A Certificate of Attendance from ManHo Management Consultancy or Fourthway ManHo Center is recognized by St. Clements University (T&C) for exemption into various relevant diploma and degree programs or as RPL for various diploma and degree application within the St. Clements University group.
